Apps Script combines all of this into a single Google Doc and generates a shareable URL. A webhook pushes the doc into Airtable. Product images were pulled from Shopify manually by a VA for this build — 300 images across 30+ articles, which was time-consuming. The next version will pull main product image URLs directly from Shopify via webhook.

Where This Goes in 2026

The Sheets build was a fast one-brand prototype. New Seas is rebuilding it in Airtable to support multi-brand use. All client product URLs and target keywords will live in a central database. For a beauty brand, that might mean loading every product in their catalog alongside keywords like "best Korean beauty products for anti-aging" or "best moisturizers for women over 50." The goal is to generate 100 articles at a time with a single trigger once the inputs are loaded.

The content team will still QA and add internal links after the fact — that part stays human. But the automated build removes the bottleneck that makes producing this kind of volume impossible at an agency.
